ARTDO stands for Asian Regional Training and Development Organization. The ARTDO International Conferences have been an annual event since its inception in 1974 in Manila, Philippines. This year the conference is being supported by the Da Nang State Government and Da Nang Tourism in Vietnam. In addition to Vietnamese participants, we are expecting participants from Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Philippines, South Korea, Mauritius, Africa, the Middle East, Australia, the USA and many other countries.
