Andreas Stoffers is Senior Management expert and Country Director at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. With 20 years of hands-on experience in banking, Andreas has dedicated his career to building effective sales organizations, refining sales management strategies, and spearheading strategic project management initiatives.

In addition to his managerial prowess, Andreas is passionate about coaching, training, and business development. His focus on these areas during his tenure at Deutsche Bank, particularly in Germany and Southeast Asia, underscores his commitment to professional growth and skill development.
Andreas boasts an extensive business network, particularly in Germany and Vietnam, where he has fostered strong relationships over the years. Beyond his corporate endeavors, Andreas has also contributed to academia, mentoring students as a professor of International Management and serving as a visiting professor in Malaysia and Vietnam.

Since 2019, Andreas has been actively involved in promoting the Friedrich Naumann Foundation’s free market philosophy as Country Director for Vietnam. Collaborating with local partners, he is dedicated to advancing economic development initiatives in the country, embodying the Foundation’s mission of fostering freedom and prosperity. He regularly analyzes economic issues in Vietnamese leading media.
