MEET OUR MEMBER – LINH DO

With over 25 years of professional experience in accounting and auditing, Ms. Linh Do is a respected leader in Vietnam’s financial and consulting landscape. She is the Co-Founder and Partner of Russell Bedford KTC, a well-established accounting and consulting firm with two decades of service in Vietnam.

Throughout her career, Linh has provided strategic auditing and advisory services in financial management and accounting setup for diverse companies. Her portfolio includes conducting financial and tax due diligence, post-deal reviews for M&A transactions, and leading projects to convert financial statements from VAS to IFRS for major local corporations.

Linh has also deeply involved in training on financial management and accounting, as well as performing both external and internal audits for foreign-invested enterprises, NGOs, and multi-donor funded projects supported by organizations such as the World Bank, ADB, and UNDP across Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

Her client list features some of Vietnam’s leading corporations, including VinGroup, Phu Thai Group, Viettel, VinaCapital, and Golden Gate Group.

Beyond her professional achievements, Linh is a co-author of the books “VN GAAP and VN GAAS: Convergence to International Accounting and Auditing Principles” (2003) and “VAS: Intent and Purpose Contrasted to IAS/IFRS” (2005), which have contributed to shaping Vietnam’s accounting standards toward global practices.

Linh holds a Master’s degree in Business from Graduate Business School of Gothenburg University (Sweden) and is a certified CPA in both Vietnam and Australia.
