An Vo currently serves as the Managing Partner for the Asia Pacific Region at Janus Executive Search & Talent Advisory, where she is dedicated to finding the best fit between top-tier talent and leading organizations. Under An’s leadership, Janus has become a leading executive search firm in Vietnam in particular, recognized by ManageHR for being one of the top 10 emerging executive search firms in the APAC region in 2023. An has held other key HR positions in reputed organizations, including being the Vice President of HR, Head of Talent Acquisition for Techcombank, and Head of HR at Hong Leong Bank Vietnam. Before joining the corporate world, An was Project Manager for “Healing the Wound”, a microfinance project for the Clinton Global Initiatives Foundation, recognized by former President Bill Clinton for its impact on Vietnam-US relations.
On a personal note, she is a proud mother of three children aged 10, 5, and 2.
She finds Business Executive Network meetings and events to be highly insightful and valuable, where she can connect and learn from esteemed and reputed business leaders in Vietnam. She hopes the network will continue to expand and create meaningful platforms for executives to connect and thrive.
