Gary Malcolm has over 30 years of experience as an Executive Coach, leader, and facilitator. Since joining LHH in 2010, Gary has been at the forefront of Vietnam business, driving growth and innovation in the Career Transition, Executive Coaching, and Assessment market.
Having lived in Vietnam for over 20 years, Gary possesses a deep understanding of the local culture, enabling him to apply best practices effectively. His educational background includes postgraduate studies in International Management from UT Sydney and graduation from the Royal Military College – Duntroon, Australia, where he specialized in leadership.
Gary’s career journey began with leading highly skilled teams across Asia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East. He then transitioned into consultancy, mentoring executive teams and developing training management systems for large-scale organizations. Drawing on this diverse experience, Gary specializes in developing leaders for multinational corporations, offering tailored coaching and facilitation services to senior individuals, executive teams, and high-potential employees.
As an ICF-MCC accredited Executive Coach, Gary is skilled in identifying business issues and improvement opportunities, possessing excellent communication, planning, and execution abilities. His dedication to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential makes him a valued leader in the industry. Based in Ho Chi Minh City since 2002, Gary continues to make significant contributions to the development of leaders and businesses in Asia.
