With a career spanning more than two decades, Alison Astarita brings a wealth of experience to her current role as Vice President of Operations at ASSA ABLOY Group, a global leader in access solutions.
Her journey into executive leadership began as a Quality Manager in Malta, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the group’s first manufacturing location and design center in Asia. Subsequently, Alison assumed progressively more challenging roles, including Quality Director for Asia and Director of Industrial Engineering for Gentherm. From winning the Vietnam HR Awards to being recognized by the AmCham CSR Award program for her contributions to integrating sustainability initiatives into business processes, Alison’s tenure as General Manager at Gentherm’s Vietnam manufacturing location underscores her ability to achieve tangible results. Under her stewardship, the facility flourished, reaching ALISON ASTARITA Vice President of Operations, ASSA ABLOY Member Since 2023 an annual revenue of $120 million and earning accolades for its commitment to sustainability and employee engagement. Now in her current role at ASSA ABLOY, Alison is in charge of manufacturing operations in Vietnam.
